Disinfecting Services
The Chem-Dry disinfecting process consists of the application of an EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectant across your home using an electrostatic sprayer. Our disinfectant contains no harsh chemicals and has no added fragrances, meaning it’s safe and non-toxic to pets and kids.
Our professional disinfectant has been shown to eliminate a broad range of microbes like bacteria and viruses including dangerous bugs like MRSA and H1N1.1
Chem-Dry’s specialized electrostatic equipment allows us to fully cover surfaces without over-saturating them, meaning it won’t damage electronics or other sensitive items. Using the same electrostatic equipment as we use in our disinfection services, our technicians apply a protective antimicrobial coating to surfaces that were disinfected, inhibiting the growth and spread of microbes (bacteria and algae) on contact for up to 3 months. Our patented technology creates a layer of spikes on surfaces that mechanically kill these microbes by piercing and rupturing their cell membranes on contact, inhibiting the ability for superbugs to grow.

Sanitisation Certification Services
Once our Chem-Dry technicians have completed the Disinfecting & Sanitizing process and applied our MPS-90 Antimicrobial solution, we provide you with a Certificate of Treatment to certify that your home was treated according to our guidelines and procedures along with recommended safety protocols.
